Cold fermentation…bad choice
Read about using cold fermentation to raise a bread dough. Decided to try it out…bad idea. But then, never try, never know. Never fail, never succeed. *Wink*
Cranberry cinnamon roll and a braided loaf. Looked good on the outside but the inside…
Too dense, not at all a bread. Reason…suspect the temperature in the fridge was way too cold, it killed the yeast.
I shall stick to warm fermentation. However, the spouse loved the cranberry cinnamon roll.
