Shanghai - home for the next two years

We finally found a place which we will be calling it home.

Space, space, space. We all love this place for its space and greenery. Back to the embrace of Mother nature

We also spend some time looking around town and trying to "do as the Romans do."

We visited the Shanghai Science and Technology Museum. It was very impressive.

Impressive isn't it

Streets of Shanghai

On the fourth day, it hailed. Hmm...some resemblance of the weather back in Macungie.
Will we also see snow?

Our flight home, we saw a full moon very clearly from the plane.

One thing I am very thankful for...that I am bilingual. Something which we all should be very proud of. The ability to understand and speak fluent English and Chinese. Whether we are in the West or in the East, we have no problem communicating with people around us. In fact, on one occasion, we actually became an interpreter for some foreigners. Yes, in very thing, give thanks.

Will I survive Shanghai? Will my family survive Shanghai...I believe so...with FAITH from the One up there. Like what I always say...we are beings with the instinct to survive. It will be tough but it will not be impossible.
