Har kow (shrimp dumplings) of various shapes

Made shrimp dumplings at my dim sum class yesterday but in various shapes. I must say...(ahem) pretty proud of my achievements.

After class yesterday, the teachers were testing our new recipes and I got the chance to try it. It's the famous Beijing ramen. Oooo, gosh, it's delicious. Can't wait to go for the noodles class next!
